Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King Jr. is buried in Atlanta at the Ebenezer Baptish Churchyard. The City is nestled in the valleys of the Blue Ridge Mountains, on the outskirts of the Chattahoochee River, to the south of the Appalachian Mountains.
